Lots of Stuff

We have had a crazy last week and a half. We went up to Orlando for the 4th of July to spend it with my sister Heidi and her family. It was so much fun...too bad I forgot my camera. I am hoping to get some pictures from them so I can post all of the fun we had!
On our way home from Orlando we stopped in Cape Coral to visit with Alan's mom, and see more family. It has been a long week of family and fun.

Beach Fun

We have had so much fun since we moved here with seeing lots of family. This week we have had Alan's sister Anneliesa here with her husband Scott. We had to take them to the ocean for a swim!
The kids had so much fun because the waves were huge!

Party time

With Alan's mom and sister in town we had a big family dinner at Alan's cousins house. The kids love to play with Erica in her room, she always has it all set up for them when we get there!

The kids dangerous game of jumping...I didn't have the heart to stop them. They were having so much fun. Even Madelyn tried to join in . She thinks that she is a big kid now that she can walk all over!

What Madelyn is up to

Madelyn is in love with her "Baby" she talks to them all the time and rocks them, and kisses them. She is quite the little mommy to them.
This last week Madelyn has become very confident in her walking. She walks everywhere, and has to have something in her hands. Usually she is babbling the whole way too!
Madelyn loves to play with her friend Beck, she screams so loud when she sees him. She thinks that he is her very own baby to play with too!
Our little Rock Star, she loves to have things around her neck, this guitar is a favorite!

I want one of those...

Yesterday we were driving to the ocean and Austin saw a corvette out his window and said "I want one of those." We told him that they cost a lot of money so he will probably be old before he can buy one. He said "I can buy one when I am a Dad" We tried to explain that when he is a Dad his kids won't fit in there so he might have to get it when he is a grandpa. He did not like that idea. Austin said he would get it when he is a dad. (Like that was his final answer and there was no changing his mind.) I said "What if you go on vacation with your family how will you all get there?" Austin said "I will drive my car, and the MOM will drive the kids!!!!" Good thinking Austin.
